Pharaoh Amplifiers warrants all its products for one (1) year against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is transferable upon sale of the product.
To obtain warranty service, please email Pharaoh Amplifiers to arrange a Return Material Authorization. Please have the serial number (usually in the format: DDMMYY XXX) of your unit and a description of the fault when emailing. The buyer agrees to pay return shipping for warranty repairs, and Pharaoh Amplifiers will pay return shipping.
Please ship any return product either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If shipping Priority, please do not use Signature Confirmation or insurance. If either of these options are selected and someone is not available to receive the package, your repair or return credit will be delayed until the package can be retrieved from the post office.
